About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at our hotel restaurant. Our company operates premier hotel properties dedicated to providing exceptional lodging accommodations and guest services to travelers and visitors. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will create memorable dining experiences while driving operational excellence and revenue growth.

The Role:
As Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations with a strong focus on front-of-house guest experience and sales performance. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, manage daily operations, and ensure our restaurant meets the highest standards of hospitality. This is a permanent, full time position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage front-of-house operations, including host, server, and bartender staff
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth




- Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of restaurant team members
- Manage inventory, costs, and budgeting to ensure profitability
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
- Build and maintain robust relationships with guests and team members

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years Proven experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong background in sales, revenue management, and customer experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and operational results
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and hospitality best practices
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused workplace
