We are seeking a skilled, commercially minded Medical Aesthetician who is as confident recommending the right treatment plan as they are delivering it.

Position Overview

This is not a purely hands-on clinical role. We are looking for a Medical Aesthetician who combines technical expertise with a natural ability to consult, recommend, and drive revenue through ethical, patient-first upselling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of day-to-day clinic operations alongside their treatment responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

- Perform a full range of aesthetic treatments including facials, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP, mesotherapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and skin health.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, homecare products, and post-treatment protocols.
- Support physicians during advanced aesthetic procedures as required.
- Maintain treatment rooms and uphold strict infection control and safety standards.

Sales & Business Development

- Proactively recommend complementary treatments, packages, and retail products through informed, consultative upselling — increasing average client spend while genuinely serving patient outcomes.
- Convert consultations into booked treatment plans with a strong closing rate.




- Identify opportunities to re-engage lapsed clients and promote recent services or seasonal offerings.
- Track personal revenue contribution and work toward individual and clinic-wide sales targets.
- Promote the clinic's services through patient education, word-of-mouth, and in-clinic marketing initiatives.

Clinic Operations

- Manage daily clinic flow including appointment scheduling, room turnover, and inventory of consumables and retail products.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, consent documentation, and product usage logs.
- Oversee retail product display, stock levels, and reorder coordination.
- Ensure a consistently professional, welcoming clinic environment.
- Liaise with the front desk and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience from arrival to follow-up.

Qualifications & Experience

- Licensed Aesthetician or Certified Medical Aesthetician (Diploma/Certificate required).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic experience; medical or clinic setting strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of upselling treatments, packages, or retail products — this is essential, not optional.
- Experience with PRP, mesotherapy, microneedling, or laser systems is a significant asset.
- Strong consultation and communication skills with the ability to build trust and drive decisions.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Professional presentation with a genuine commitment to client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$41.41 per hour
