About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Licensed Strata Manager to join our team in Burnaby. You will oversee a portfolio of strata corporations and provide guidance, support, and exceptional service to Strata Councils and owners.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of strata corporations and act as the main point of contact.

- Provide guidance on the Strata Property Act, bylaws, and governance.

- Prepare for and attend council meetings, AGMs, and SGMs (some evenings required).

- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and service providers.

- Assist with annual budgets, financial reporting, and documentation.

- Prepare and manage correspondence, notices, and meeting minutes.

- Work with administrative and accounting teams to support clients.

- Maintain compliance with BCFSA licensing requirements.

Requirements

- Current BCFSA Strata Manager Representative License (mandatory).

- Minimum 1 year of strata management experience in British Columbia.

- Strong knowledge of the Strata Property Act and strata governance.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.





- Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle.
