Who you are
You walk into a room and people remember you. You'd rather set your own targets than wait for someone to hand them to you. You're self-starting, independent, and driven, and a "no" doesn’t stop you from building community relationships. You like people, and people like you back.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, restoration companies, and commercial clients across the Comox Valley
- Generate your own leads and turn conversations into booked jobs
- Represent a growing local business at networking events, trade shows, and anywhere else the opportunity is
- Grow the territory, grow your book, grow your paycheque

This isn't just a sales representative position.
The right person has the potential of moving into a General Manager role. We're hiring for the long game.
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience
- Grade 12 minimum
- An outgoing, confident personality that builds trust fast
- The drive to work independently and hit your numbers without being chased
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
What you get
- $45,000 base salary plus 6% commission on sales. Your effort, your earnings, no ceiling.
