Responsibilities

Please Note: Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory for this position. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, verbally and in writing.

- Coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
- Assist with reviewing and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate execution
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to schedule deliveries, inspections, and work phases
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam to track progress, update documentation, and communicate project updates
- Support the preparation of construction estimates using estimating tools and assist with budget tracking
- Monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations




- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports to maintain explicit records of project activities
- Assist with scheduling using Primavera P6 or similar tools to coordinate timelines effectively
- Review schematics and technical drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth workflow
- Support the project team in managing subcontractor activities and resolving on-site issues promptly

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction or home renovation projects; construction management experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents accurately
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams including contractors, clients, and suppliers
