Position: Shipping & Receiving/Logistics Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, ON

Pay: $20-$23 per hour

Shift: Day Shift, 8:30am – 5pm

Shipping & Receiving / Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and production support to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and efficient operations. Collaborate with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Service/RMA, vendors, suppliers, and carriers to resolve issues and minimize production delays.

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, track deliveries, and resolve delays, damages, and documentation issues.
- Liaise with couriers, carriers, vendors, and suppliers to meet delivery requirements and service-level agreements.
- Process shipping claims and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
- Receive, pick, issue, and record parts and materials accurately in the ERP system.




- Support production and technicians by ensuring required materials are available and resolving inventory-related issues.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.
- Package products securely and follow customer-specific shipping and handling requirements.
- Conduct cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain organized, clean, and properly labelled inventory and shipping areas, including appropriate handling of ESD-sensitive materials.
- Support ISO 9001, 7S, Quality, Health & Safety, and company policy requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, procedures, and full traceability of inventory and shipments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
