Office & Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Office & Warehouse Assistant to support our daily administrative operations and assist with warehouse activities as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with basic computer tasks, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities in both an office and warehouse workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

- Prepare invoices, quotes, packing slips, and other basic documents
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies
- Answer phones, respond to basic inquiries, and assist with day-to-day office needs
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
- Receive, sort, label, and organize inventory and supplies
- Prepare materials, parts, and supplies for technicians based on their upcoming jobs when needed
- Assist with receiving, loading, and unloading shipments
- Track inventory and update basic records when needed




- Help coordinate movement of products and supplies between the office and warehouse
- Perform other general duties as required

Qualifications

- A college diploma or other relevant educational qualification is an asset
- Previous office or warehouse experience is an asset but not required
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good time management
- Good communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing both administrative tasks and hands-on warehouse duties
- Ability to lift and move boxes, parts, and materials as required
- English required, Cantonese and/or Mandarin are an asset

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
