Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services for our clients’ homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and efficient cleaning practices. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French, cooking, or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Organize and manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments




- Maintain a high level of organization in cleaning supplies and equipment storage
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
- Uphold safety standards during all cleaning activities

Qualifications

- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields preferred but not required
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines efficiently
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to handle laundry tasks if needed
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Friendly attitude with a focus on customer service excellence

Pay: $22.00 per hour
