Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Used Car Salesman/woman to join our reputable dealership team at Sunrise Auto Slaes. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate high-end vehicle sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in retail or dealership sales. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and excellent organizational skills are highly valued to effectively serve a diverse clientele. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced automotive sales environment, utilizing your outside sales expertise and B2B sales experience to drive dealership success.

Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective buyers through outside sales efforts and develop new customer relationships
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including upselling high-end vehicles
- Maintain an active sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up with potential clients
- Conduct negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored vehicle solutions
- Assist in developing sales strategies and managing the sales support process




- Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Work collaboratively with the dealership team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using organizational tools

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail automotive sales, dealership experience preferred
- Robust outside sales background with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through B2B or retail channels
- Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual in Spanish, are highly desirable for serving diverse customers
- Demonstrated success in upselling and expanding sales opportunities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive sales and customer engagement
- Proficiency in math for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients

Pay: From $2,750.00 per month
