Restruction Building Services is a BC general contractor delivering major building projects for strata corporations and property management firms across the Lower Mainland, the Okanagan and the Thompson-Nicola region.

If you have connections with property managers, strata managers or strata councils, or you’re great at building recent ones, we’ll pay you at every stage: when you set up the meeting, when it turns into a real opportunity, and when they become a client. You don’t sell, quote or close anything. You make the introduction; we do the rest.

This role is open to BC residents only. Preference will be given to candidates living in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland or the Okanagan.

Get paid at three stages

- $150 for every qualified meeting you book
- $500 bonus when that meeting leads to an invitation to bid or a request for a proposal




- Up to $20,000 finder’s fee for every new client who signs with us
- $1M contract = $10,000 to you
- $2–5M contract = $15,000 to you
- Over $5M = $20,000 to you

No limit on how many clients you can earn on.

What you’ll do

- Reach out to property managers, strata managers and council members, both in your network and new contacts you develop
- Spot buildings with major work coming up, such as envelope repairs, depreciation report projects and large renovations
- Book introductory meetings with the decision-makers

What you need

- Connections in the Lower Mainland, Okanagan or Thompson-Nicola (one region is fine)
- A phone, a laptop and a professional approach
