Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple transactions during busy periods without compromising service quality
- Uphold store policies on phone etiquette, cleanliness, safety,



and organization to ensure a professional environment

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail operations
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during peak hours and maintain store standards

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 32.0 per week
