Regional Kitchen Manager – British Columbia

An established restaurant group is seeking an experienced Regional Kitchen Manager to support the culinary operations of multiple restaurant locations in British Columbia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or multi-unit culinary leader who enjoys being hands-on in the restaurants, developing kitchen teams and ensuring consistent execution across multiple locations.

The Regional Kitchen Manager will work closely with restaurant leadership and kitchen teams, providing operational support, coaching and training while maintaining strong standards around food quality, consistency, food safety, labour and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Support kitchen operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Coach, mentor and develop Kitchen Managers, Chefs and culinary teams
- Ensure consistency in food quality, preparation, presentation and execution
- Support restaurants with kitchen organization, staffing and operational challenges
- Monitor food costs, labour and inventory while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Assist with hiring, onboarding and training kitchen leadership
- Ensure food safety, sanitation and company standards are consistently maintained




- Work closely with restaurant management teams to support overall restaurant performance
- Participate in new menu rollouts, training initiatives and operational programs
- Provide additional hands-on support to individual restaurants when required

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience within a high-volume Chain restaurant environment
- Experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Regional/Multi-Unit Kitchen Manager
- Previous experience supporting multiple restaurant locations is an asset
- Strong knowledge of food and labour cost management, inventory and kitchen operations
- Proven ability to coach and develop kitchen leaders and build strong teams
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work effectively alongside restaurant teams
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience within a casual dining and high-volume restaurant group is preferred
- Ability to travel between restaurant locations as required

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
