This is not a traditional admin role—this position directly impacts the customer experience through daily workforce planning and technician optimization, professional and timely communication, and ongoing garage door order placement and fulfillment to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.

As a rapidly growing home services brand in the Greater Toronto Area, Precision Garage Door Service is hiring a Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our Admin Team who can optimize technician schedules, champion customer communication and manage workflow using KPIs and ServiceTitan.

What You’ll Own

- Inbound customer conversion: turn inquiries into booked service appointments
- Schedule optimization: maximize technician routes, minimize downtime, and fill gaps
- Revenue support: ensure strong job flow, proper job matching, and high booking efficiency
- Workflow management in ServiceTitan: dispatching, job tracking, follow-ups, and reschedules
- Data accuracy and system discipline: maintain accurate ServiceTitan records through audit, oversight and a strong attention to detail
- Inventory coordination: maintain proper stock levels to avoid missed revenue opportunities.



Oversee door ordering and fulfillment to meet customer commitments
- Customer communication: set clear expectations on service and installation workflows, keeping customers updated on schedule to reduce cancellations and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key KPIs You’ll Be Responsible For

- Technician utilization & schedule fill rate
- Same-day booking conversion
- Cancelation recovery, open estimate and rebooking effectiveness
- Inventory accuracy & parts availability
- Door order accuracy & Fulfillment
- Revenue optimization through unsold estimate conversion

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years’ experience in dispatch, logistics or service coordination (home services preferred)
- Strong phone presence with proven call conversion ability
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (strongly preferred)
- Experience managing or improving performance KPIs
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident communicator who can guide customers toward booking decisions and handle escalations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, takes initiative and solves problems to drive results
- College diploma or University degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically excel,
