We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Host/Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing reservations, and overseeing the smooth operation of the dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to ensure efficient seating arrangements
- Assist with food expediting, serving, and food handling as needed to support restaurant operations
- Supervise restaurant operations during shifts, including supervising staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining areas
- Support lounge team as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,
or hospitality roles
- Supervising experience with strong team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage shifts effectively
- Strong communication skills for interviewing, training, and guest interaction
- Experience in restaurant environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food industry standards including serving etiquette and food handling regulations

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
