Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing friendly assistance and guidance throughout their experience
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and guests
- Support daily operational tasks such as stocking supplies, setting up displays, and managing inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service delivery
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Follow safety protocols and company policies diligently to uphold a secure workplace
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas and feedback to improve overall performance
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude above all
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems or similar tools is a plus but not mandatory
