Overview

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a memorable dining experience to guests by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Prior experience with POS systems such as Micros POS, food handling, and restaurant operations is highly preferred. Duties

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while providing exceptional guest service
- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering functions
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, utensils, and service stations
- Provide guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving, upselling menu items, and providing excellent guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
