Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to meet their shipping, printing, and retail needs
- Assist customers with product demos and explain services clearly to facilitate informed decisions
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and perform cash handling duties responsibly
- Promote upselling of additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store remains clean, inviting, and well-stocked
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information and directing calls appropriately
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with product replenishment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers




- Utilize basic math skills for transactions, pricing, and balancing cash registers
- Uphold store policies on security, safety, and confidentiality at all times

Experience

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Experience with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are vital for building rapport with customers
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately
