Fletcher Trailers is a growing, independently owned trailer dealership specializing in horse trailers, living quarters trailers, equipment trailers and related products.

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Manager to lead the daily operations of our service department and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and keeping a busy shop running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Be the primary point of contact for customer service calls, repairs, warranty inquiries and parts
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate solutions with our technicians
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily shop workflow
- Create detailed work orders and maintain accurate service records
- Coordinate and support a small team of RV technicians
- Manage warranty claims, manufacturer communication and follow-up
- Keep customers informed of repair progress, timelines and costs
- Oversee parts ordering, inventory and customer parts sales
- Help improve processes as our business continues to grow

What We're Looking For

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail and follow-through
- Practical understanding of repair shop operations and mechanical systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude




- Comfortable using computers and service management software
- Previous service advising or service department experience is strongly preferred

Experience in RV, trailer, automotive, powersports or equipment service is an asset.

You don't need to be a certified technician or a trailer expert. We're looking for someone with great people skills, strong organizational habits and the practical knowledge to coordinate a successful service department.

Compensation & Benefits

- $65,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
- Paid company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's
- 2 weeks of paid vacation
- 10 paid sick days annually
- On-site parking
- Full-time, permanent position
