Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks within our facility, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
- Use mechanical knowledge to support production line operations and resolve minor issues
- Handle materials and components, including loading, unloading, and moving items within the warehouse or production area
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support the setup and changeover of manufacturing lines as needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards
- Assist the production team on heavy-duty work.
- Clean the floor and immediate work areas.
- Staging the material for the production team.
- Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane & load/unload the trucks.
- Able to demonstrate compliance with company safety procedures and legal obligations.
- Other duties as aligned by lead hand & supervisor.
- Be able to lift,



carry and handle up to 50 lbs.
- Experience working on an industrial construction site.
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- Must be organized, self-driven, and can understand and execute oral and written instructions.
- Able to work with their hands and safely operate power tools and equipment run by gasoline, diesel, electricity, and compressed air.
- Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor and use of hands and tools.
- Following secure work and quality policies and procedures
- Take instructions from the immediate Supervisor to complete tasks as outlined daily

Qualifications:

- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Able to use power tools.
- Able to work in tight spaces and confined spaces.
- Able to read and understand orders and complete basic paperwork.
- Industrial laborer experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Protective Equipment is mandatory includes steel toed boots, earplugs, respiratory protection and safety glasses.

Pay: $16.34-$28.09 per hour
