Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer communication and vehicle updates from intake to delivery.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and estimators for timely claim and supplement approvals.
- Work closely with body shop technicians to maintain steady workflow and cycle times.
- Perform vehicle check-ins, preliminary estimate reviews, and final delivery inspections.
