We are seeking two skilled and energetic Experienced Loader Operators to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading trucks with our Sand and Gravel Products. You will need to be loading between 4-5000 tonne daily. We run 12 hour shifts 5 days a week and the loader operators take turns on Saturdays. We transition to snow removal contracts and continue to crush through most of the winter so this will be a full time year around position to the successful candidates.
Duties
- Operate loaders safely and effectively. The ability to operate other pieces of heavy equipment is an asset but the team needs two loader operators at the moment.
- A positive and professional work ethic.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with heavy machinery and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Ensure all loading activities comply with safety standards and company policies
We are not competing with up north wages however paying fairly is important to us. Typically doing 12 hour shifts 5 days a week so there is significant overtime.
