Job Title: Bartender/Server
Location: Gutterballs – Point Edward, Ontario
Job Type: Part-Time to Full Time
Expected Hours: 15 – 35 hours per week
Wage: From $17.60/hour (plus tips)

Job Description:Gutterballs is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender/Server to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment and take pride in delivering top-notch guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

This position plays a vital role in serving our bowlers, parties, and league guests with great food, cold drinks, and warm hospitality. You'll be responsible for handling orders, maintaining a clean work area, and contributing to a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take and serve food and drink orders at tables, lanes, and bar
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following Smart Serve guidelines
- Ensure timely delivery and presentation of all food and beverage items
- Check guest IDs and practice responsible alcohol service
- Operate POS system and process payments (cash, debit, credit)
- Clean and restock bar/service stations throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area




- Assist with birthday parties and special events when required
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, front desk, and management
- Uphold Gutterballs guest service and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid Smart Serve certification
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Friendly, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude
