What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in delivering the insights our clients rely on by:

- Conducting primary phone interviews with key opinion leaders in the medical field.
- Performing secondary research on medical devices and related markets.
- Analyzing data to uncover market trends and support business decisions.
- Writing detailed industry reports and composing articles for publication.
- Collaborating with a supportive team in a structured and fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:
We value curiosity, critical thinking, and strong communication. The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Biology, Life Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid research and data analysis skills; experience handling large data sets is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
- Comfort with MS Office and general tech-savviness.
- Availability to accommodate time zones for global client research (flexibility appreciated).

Bonus: Previous experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare research is an asset but not required—we’ll train you!

What We Offer:

- Base salary: $45,000 – $50,000
- Time-zone bonuses: $500–$1,000 per project
- Monthly profit-sharing: Based on performance
- Annual profit-sharing: Based on company performance and your tenure
