Fix Auto Charlottetown is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be punctual, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy via phone, email, and in person.
- Book customer appointments for estimates and repairs
- Process customer payments and record transactions
- Update customer records and transaction details using in house software
- Provide clear communications and updates to customers regarding vehicle repair status
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently




- Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish when needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
- Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
