Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and effective kitchen environment. The Dishwasher will support the culinary and service staff by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall smooth operation of our restaurant or hospitality establishment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided to ensure you succeed in your role. Availability must include afternoon- night Thursday - Sunday.

Duties

- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure proper storage of clean items
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and basic food handling
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary utensils and equipment are available for meal service
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes appropriately




- Assist with general cleaning duties within the kitchen area to maintain a hygienic setting

Skills

- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail in food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Basic knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations is advantageous but not mandatory
- Good organizational skills to manage cleaning supplies and maintain an orderly workspace
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting kitchen staff and service personnel
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts or busy periods within the hospitality industry
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those eager to learn

Pay: $17.90 per hour
