Duties

- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations, identifying their unique needs and treatment goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques to promote healing and functional recovery
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities like electrotherapy or ultrasound
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and health maintenance strategies




- Document patient progress accurately in medical records and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, current physiotherapy practices, and hospital protocols to ensure high standards of care

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Physiotherapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region
- Proven hospital experience with a focus on acute care settings, demonstrating adaptability in rapid-moving environments
- Experience working with pediatric patients, providing specialized care tailored to children’s needs
- Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach that fosters trust and motivation
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy and healthcare documentation
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while managing multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
