Dynamic Heating & Cooling is the Greater Hamilton Area’s top-rated HVAC company, a Lennox Premier Dealer, and an exclusive Costco HVAC partner. We’re looking for professional, outgoing sales representatives to engage Costco members at our Lennox Home Comfort displays at Costco Ancaster and Stoney Creek. You’ll identify homeowners considering a new furnace, air conditioner, heat pump or ductless system and have genuine conversations to determine how we can help. You’ll then capture their details so one of ourHome Comfort Advisors can promptly arrange a no-obligation in-home estimate.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Dynamic Heating & Cooling and Costco professionally and courteously.
- Engage Costco members in genuine conversations about their home heating and cooling needs.
- Ask qualifying questions about current equipment, homeowner needs and project timing.
- Explain the Costco HVAC program and applicable Costco Shop Card incentives on qualifying equipment.
Introduce options for furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems and water heaters.
- Capture accurate contact details and project notes, and explain that a Home Comfort Advisor will follow up to arrange an in-home estimate.
- Keep the display area organized, tidy and professional.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English (required).
- Additional language skills are a strong asset when serving Hamilton-area communities.
In-person sales, customer service or lead-generation experience; HVAC experience is an asset.
- Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching members and starting conversations.
- Reliable transportation between Costco Ancaster and Costco Stoney Creek.
- Able to stand and remain engaged during scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer
$20 per hour, plus commission.
- Up to 35 hours per week, with shifts scheduled around Costco display coverage needs.
- Paid training on the Lennox product line, the Costco HVAC program and the lead-management process.
