Job Summary:
Night Auditors are responsible for anticipating & delivering exceptional guest experiences. They are also responsible for the overnight operation of the Front Desk, balancing and posting daily charges to customer folios, master accounts, and house accounts and makes corrections as necessary.

Requirements:

- Prepare, check, and correct room rate variances by conducting thorough audits·
- Ensure wake-up calls are accurately set for the morning· Verify and balance daily charges to customer folios, master accounts, and house accounts and make corrections as necessary·
- Balance the guest ledger postings·
- Audit all Restaurant, Catering and Conference Center pills before posting· Review all credit card transactions for proper authorizations and correct amounts·
- Run computer through nightly processing; running room & tax processing sequences to reset for next-day use·
- Distribute reports to the applicable departments .

Must be available to work weekends and holidays
