About Lendie
Lendie is a Canadian fintech lender built to make borrowing simpler, faster, and more transparent.

The Role
You will build the systems that run Lendie. Zoho is our core platform, but your work will go well beyond it. You'll build everything from automated lending workflows and API integrations to AI-powered internal tools and real-time reporting.

You'll work directly with management, with no layers in between. You'll use leading AI models and coding tools, like Claude Code, Cursor, and Kiro, to build solutions most lenders don't have yet.

You'll have the freedom to make technical decisions, move quickly, and see your work go live. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a senior technology leadership role.

What You'll Do

- Build workflows and custom functions in Zoho CRM using Deluge.
- Customize CRM modules, layouts, pipelines, and data structures.
- Build reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics.
- Develop custom apps and internal tools using Zoho Catalyst, Node.js, or Python.
- Connect Zoho to payment processors, credit bureaus, identity verification services, and other platforms using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Build reliable integrations with proper error handling, logging, and retries.
- Use AI models and coding tools to develop faster and automate how we approve, fund, and serve customers.
- Independently design, build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions from start to finish.
- Find opportunities to simplify processes and replace manual work with automation.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM and Deluge development experience.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js or Python.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON,



and OAuth 2.0.
- Experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations.
- Experience with Git, testing, and deploying production code.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and access controls.
- Ability to turn business requirements into working solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and Kiro.

Nice to Have

- Experience with lending, fintech, or other regulated industries.
- Experience building AI-powered automations or applications.
- Experience designing system architecture and managing databases.
