Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Engage with potential and existing clients via telemarketing and other communication channels to promote products and services
- Conduct business-to-business (B2B) sales calls to identify client needs and present tailored solutions
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting company offerings and participating in outreach campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions




- Support business development initiatives by identifying new sales opportunities and markets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client retention

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Basic understanding of sales techniques such as negotiation and inside sales strategies
- Experience or familiarity with B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is advantageous
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Customer service experience is highly valued, demonstrating the ability to engage positively with clients
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to learn about marketing, business development, and technical sales concepts
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing

Pay: $39,700.00-$65,000.00 per year
