Job Description

Hamati Roofing Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing or construction industry, with strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to completion, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the company's quality standards.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and team members, and take initiative in resolving day-to-day challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects from mobilization through completion.
- Manage daily operations, project schedules, labour, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor workmanship and project requirements.
- Identify potential delays, site challenges, and unforeseen conditions, and develop practical solutions.
- Coordinate multiple projects while maintaining organization and efficiency.

Client Communication & Documentation

- Communicate professionally with clients, property managers, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors.




- Provide timely project updates, including scheduling changes, progress, and potential delays.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and project walkthroughs as required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, photographs, change orders, and progress updates.
- Work closely with the management team to address project concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

Quality Control & Health and Safety

- Ensure roofing installations meet project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor workmanship and address deficiencies or quality concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure appropriate safety measures are maintained onsite.
- Identify potential site hazards and implement corrective measures where necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in roofing project management, roofing supervision, or a related construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including flat roofing, modified bitumen, shingles, waterproofing and sheet metal applications.
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, or condominium roofing projects is preferred.




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate roofing crews and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make decisions in a rapid-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general project management tools.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Ability to conduct site inspections, access roofs safely, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the management team.
