Trench Canada seeks a senior Warehouse Supervisor with at least five years of manufacturing warehousing, logistics, or materials management experience. You will lead logistics and materials management employees while supporting shipping, receiving, picking, storage, and inventory accuracy. SAP MM, WM, and IM experience is required, alongside cycle counting, reconciliation, and warehouse process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead warehouse operations across shipping, receiving, picking, and storage
- Supervise employees, schedules, coaching, mentoring, and corrective action
- Maintain inventory accuracy through counts, audits, and reconciliation




- Oversee SAP materials management digitization and barcode training
- Ensure warehouse compliance with legislation, safety, and security requirements

Requirements:

- Five years’ manufacturing warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience
- Five years’ inventory cycle counting and reconciliation experience
- Required SAP experience with MM, WM, and IM modules
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting capabilities
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds occasionally
