Key Job Activities :

- Sort and collate incoming and outgoing mail.
- Weigh mail to determine the correct postage.
- Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail.




- Help customers complete change of address and mail hold forms, etc.
- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Retrieving data for team members upon request
- Maintains a working knowledge of client product, services, and promotions
- Use fax and scanning machines.
- Client exports and deposits

Requirements and skills

- Experience with mail sorting and postage meter machines is a plus
- Good computer skills
- Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong typing skills; Knowledge of the touch-typing system is strongly preferred
- Valuable command of the English language, both oral and written, and customer service skills
- High school degree or equivalent
