Your day-to-day :

- Respond professionally to incoming calls and build a relationship of trust with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service —the kind that makes people remember you fondly.
- Offer the right products and services by understanding the customer's real needs.
- Work with your team to achieve goals (and celebrate small successes).
- Juggle listening, efficiency, and empathy—a real customer service sport!

What we're looking for :

- Fluent French , both spoken and written.
- Diplomacy, listening skills, and dynamism , because that's the magic trio of customer service.
- Comfort with computer tools (you don't need to code, just click fast).
- A stable Internet connection —minimum 30 Mb/s.
- Availability Monday through Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
