Your everyday life with us : Your mission is to ensure absolute fluidity in the sales cycle. Your responsibilities include:
- Workflow Master : Accurately create, review and finalize quotes and orders in SAP.
- CRM Strategist :
Manage and propel sales opportunities through our C4C system.
- Consulting Expert : Provide key information on pricing, lead times and provide basic technical support on our product range.
- Compliance Guardian : Validate purchase orders, manage customer account opening and ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Partner of success : Proactively follow-up with customers and support our field representatives to close sales.
- Administrative rigor: Ensure impeccable classification of documentation for perfect traceability.
Searched profile : You are an organized person with a strong sense of customer service and a natural ease with management systems.
- Training : College degree in administration, logistics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience : 3 to 5 years of solid experience in customer service (industrial environment, a major asset).
- Technical asset : Knowledge of mechanics or power transmission will be considered an important asset.
- Tools : Master of the Google suite and ideally experience with SAP.
- Skills : Ability to juggle multiple priorities, attention to detail and team spirit.
