This position supports customers seeking plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks, and industrial products. You will pick warehouse orders, verify availability and schedules, and provide timely information. Building positive relationships with customers and associates is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick customer orders from the warehouse counter
- Provide prompt product knowledge and information
- Respond to customers in person, by phone, or email
- Verify ordered items are available and scheduled
- Maintain counter stock and assist in the warehouse

Requirements:
- Previous technical sales or customer service experience required
- Wholesale or distribution experience required
- Order picking and forklift or cherry picker experience preferred
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required
- Exceptional customer service and qualified communication skills
