As a Travel Consultant, you will maintain client records, follow up regularly, and provide exceptional travel services. This position welcomes experienced Travel Agents, recent graduates, and candidates beginning travel careers. Training is provided for applicants without previous travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and files
- Follow up regularly with clients about their travel needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout client interactions

Requirements:
- Two to three years of customer service and sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining client files
- Complete or pursue TICO certification as required
- Availability during stated call centre operating hours
