Qualifications





- Highly motivated and passionate about delivering superior customer service
- Previous call center or customer service experience REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details

- Full-time, Permanent :

- Pay : Starting at $19.00/hour (increases to $19.75/hour after probation)

- Hours : 32-48 per week (Monday to Friday & every second Saturday - 9am-6pm) :

- Benefits : Medical/dental, long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, growth opportunities

- Vacation : 6% accrual (3 weeks annually)

- RRSP : Company-funded program after 1 year of service (no employee contribution required)
