Responsibilities :
- Answer, make, and direct phone calls
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing solutions to clients
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Be proactive, creative, and solution-oriented
- Complete daily administrative tasks as needed
- Typing and preparing documents
- Collecting and recording important customer information
- Meet and exceed performance targets
- Set goals and create action plans to achieve them

Job Type
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekends and holidays may be required
- Adaptable shifts between 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Service Titan (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools :
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Desire to succeed and grow
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and grow with the company
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Organized, motivated, and flexible
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service :
- Experience working in the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or heating & cooling industry is considered an asset.

Location :Training will be done at our Cambridge location. Willing to commute Monday
- Friday for one month is a necessity. Once training is complete you will be relocated to our Orangeville office.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
