As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be the face of an iconic Canadian brand famous for its flame-grilled burgers. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

- Greet guests with a genuine smile and take their orders accurately.
- Manage cash, debit, and credit transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Become a menu expert to help guests with their choices and suggest popular items.
- Ensure the front counter and guest areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and fast service.
- Follow all Harvey’s standards for food safety and health regulations.

Qualifications & Skills :

- A friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team workplace.
- Language : French is not required.
