Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food in a courteous and timely manner
- Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing transactions accurately and handling cash securely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

- Experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally




- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced service periods
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
- Experience in cashiering or cashier responsibilities is desirable
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Kitchen experience or prior food industry work is advantageous
