Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail
- Provide product demos and upsell items to increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
- Support team members with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations

Experience

- Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering,



or customer service is preferred but not required
- Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly desirable for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures are essential
- Experience with merchandising, product demos, or technical sales can be advantageous for upselling opportunities
- Solid communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management are critical for success in this role
- Previous experience demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer engagement will be beneficial

Pay: $34.00-$36.00 per hour
