Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage sales processes, and promote products will contribute to a positive shopping experience and drive sales growth. Bilingual skills and experience in technology sales or product demos are highly valued to better serve our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Perform product demonstrations and explain features to customers to facilitate sales
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently




- Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely or via call-in orders
- Assist with basic inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Requirements :

- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently (experience in technology sales or technical sales is desirable)
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers remotely or over the phone
- Multilingual abilities are preferred to better serve our diverse clientele

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.91 per hour
