What you bring to the job:

As a qualified carpenter, you know how to safely, confidently and efficiently carry out your work. Naturally, we expect you will bring the following to the job:

- 3+ years of residential carpentry experience. A valid journeyman's certificate as a Carpenter is an asset.




- Strong carpentry skills and ability to work to a high level of quality and detail.
- Effective communication and adaptability when working across team environments.
- Experience interpreting technical specifications.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive demeanor while working.
- Team player that will help mentor and train apprentices.
- Knowledge of municipal policies, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of technical documents including: blueprints, drawings, spec sheets.
- Owns basic hand tools and steel toed footwear.
- Have a valid drivers license and vehicle.

Compensation:

- $32-$42/hour based on skill level and experience
- Bonus Incentive Program
- Comprehensive health and dental plan (after 3-month probation period).
