We provide staffing support services to mining, industrial and healthcare clients across Canada. We are on the hunt for a Staffing Coordinator to support our clients in BC. This position is salaried, work from home and offers advantages and bonus potential (target income of $75,000/yr).

Primary Responsibilities of this role are:

- Responding to customers looking for staff (tradespeople, operators, healthcare workers, etc.)
- Creating and posting new jobs
- Screening new field staff
- Ensuring Criminal Record checks are done, pre employment training is completed, coordinating necessary medicals, assisting with travel arrangements if need be
- Checking in with Customers to ensure field staff are performing satisfactorily
- Obtaining time cards, submitting to accounting for invoicing/payroll
- Approving invoices/expenses for payment
- Data entry and maintaining the database database

To be a succesful candidate for this role, you should have:

- Good listening skills and a commitment to finding the right fit for the client
- Good communication skills, written and verbal as you will be interacting with clients as well
- A good aptitude for software and technology
- Solid customer service experience




- Some previous HR training or at least up to speed on common HR issues effecting our clients
