Our client, a manufacturer of building materials, is searching for a Plant Manager to report directly to the VP of Operations.

Skills:
We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties:
- Manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain management
- Implement and monitor manufacturing processes to meet production goals
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and efficiency
- Lead efforts in process improvement and lean manufacturing practices
- Supervise plant staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

-10+ years manufacturing experience




- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage plant operations
- Ability to fabricate solutions to operational challenges and drive results through a team-oriented approach
