Job Summary

We are seeking a personable and attentive Female Bottle Service professional to provide exceptional guest experiences at our upscale venue. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service, managing orders efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves serving beverages, upselling specials, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a lively environment that emphasizes hospitality and professionalism.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with selecting bottle service options tailored to their preferences
- Take beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and accountability
- Upsell food and drink specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during service
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing excellent guest services throughout their visit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality of service

Skills

- Proven experience in food service,



restaurant, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest services
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and upselling transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or parties simultaneously
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or food preparation is preferred
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
