Applications are now being accepted for the position of an additional, permanent, full-time Customer Care Representative to join our team. This position is located at our Head Office in Victoria, BC. Job Details:

- starting wage $20.50 - $24.00 per hour (wage could be scaled based on experience)
- we provide Customer Care six days a week; this position will include afternoon shifts (9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and might include some Saturdays (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Essential:

- completion of Grade 12
- at least two years of experience providing customer care in a retail or wholesale business
- a passion for helping customers and creating a positive experience
- the ability to work effectively and problem solve within a team




- the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and fun work environment
- strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

- bilingual (English and French) written and verbal communication skills
