Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Lead Hand to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with computer work, paperwork, inventory tracking, and coordinating warehouse activities, while also being willing to operate a forklift when required.

TruckMate experience is preferred. We are looking for someone with robust computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to help keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory control.
- Complete computer work, data entry, paperwork, and shipping/receiving documentation.
- Use warehouse management systems and transportation software to update records and track shipments.
- Assist with assigning tasks and coordinating workflow to meet daily operational targets.
- Operate a forklift when required to move, load, unload, and stage materials safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, dispatch, and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support training, productivity,



and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a Lead Hand or senior warehouse role.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using warehouse software.
- Experience with TruckMate is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, data entry, and paperwork.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Forklift operating experience; valid certification is an asset.
- Must be willing to perform both administrative duties and hands-on warehouse work.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

- $22/hour during the training period
- $24/hour after successful completion of training
