Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Control System Analyst to join our manufacturing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, documenting, and streamlining production processes to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. As well as analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate part setup (material, labour, and machine burden cost inputs).
- Time Study and Work Center layout analysis.
- Maintain standard cost records and recalculate as needed.
- Gross margin analysis - comparing standard cost to actual.
- Analyze current burden and labour rates and reduce standard cost variances.
- Standardize part setup (FG, WIP, and Raw materials).
- Develop and source packaging for new model product launch.
- Engineering and new model support.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Liaison with other departments as required.
- General Administration duties, data entry.
- Additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,



Outlook etc.
- Experience with Plex ERP is an asset
